CKDA Participates in EPC Project for The Investment, Construction, and Operation of Aircraft Maintenance Service Facility No.1 at Long Thanh International Airport

On June 15, 2025, the Thong Nhat Consortium, including Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company (CKDA), together with Vietnam Airlines Engineering Company Limited (VAECO), signed a contract to carry out the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project for the Investment, Construction, and Operation of Aircraft Maintenance Service Facility No.1 at Long Thanh International Airport.

The project has a total value of nearly VND 1,000 billion, scheduled for completion within a maximum period of 13 months, under a lump-sum contract.

In this project, CKDA is responsible for the steel arch hangar structure, including:

• Hangar dimensions: 133m x 135m (~13,738 m²)
• Reinforced concrete Workshop: 3 blocks x 5,000 m²
• Apron: 17,000 m²

CKDA also undertakes the supply and installation of specialized equipment, such as:

• Door systems
• Pit systems
• Inverters
• Cold air supply systems
• Fire protection systems, etc.

CKDA has been providing EPC general contracting services for space frame and steel structures since April 2024. Under this model, the company handles the entire process from design, manufacturing, transportation, erection to after-sales service. One of the major EPC projects currently undertaken by CKDA is the EPC contract for Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant.
